A distant planet:
The older man with the bowl haircut stepped out of his police box. He had been feeling very strange indeed, almost as if his future was being changed constantly. He turned to see a man in a black suit standing on a distant ridge. The man in black raised his arms, and out of nowhere black spheres appeared. The man in black laughed as the spheres grew blades and flew at the older man. The older man tried to run, but he didn't get far.
