After deliberations, I'm going to allow the steal of Red Tornado. It's thematic, so that's not the problem. As far as timing, this isn't a malicious steal, taking advantage of the JSA's point defeceit, or anything of the sort. That's the basis for the 'Round after' steal, and as it's not a factor here, I'm gonna go with it.

About a month ago through PMs, the three of us confirmed that the JSA is the modern version. It didn't appear to be labeled last season, but since the core (selected by Antipathy before Bear took over) included Shazam, we took it to mean it was the modern version, which Reddy isn't associated with.

Truth be told the only reason I kept who I kept is because I didn't want anybody else to have the two big guys. I've been trying to avoid making them broken (or more broken then they already are) with feats. I was planning on drafting a new sub-core with new JSAers as I didn't draft this JSA team myself last year.

I'll have to alter my draft strategy a bit, but good luck with Red Tornado, he's a solid piece.

Not counting Reddie - who definitely joined after the Satellite was made (and was associated with the JSA prior to that; T.O. made Reddy think he had attended the original meeting - though as we know it was Ma Hunkle - and after that adventure the JSA admitted him as a member; he later went and joined the JLA at about the same time E-2 Black Canary decided to move to E1) - that's basically the Cave-era JLA.
