Accusations and threats flew fast and furious. Some responded with their own threats and accusations while others were stonily silent. In the end though, everyone slunk away to plan their evenings activities.
Meanwhile, the party guests were now pretending they were in the center of the Earth and floor was hot lava. Jump on the couch! Stay off the lava! STAY OFF THE LAVA!!!
Nobody has been captured!
Night 4 begins now and you have 24 hours to submit your night actions. Day 5 will begin Thursday evening.
Now here is your drinking game for the evening. Click on the link below, and using rules 1 (drink on “space” or “super”), 4 (drink for character specific exclamations), and 7 (drink during star wipe transition or when the Wonder Twins use their power), submit your number of drinks with your night action. Remember, you don’t need to do this if you don’t want to.
The non-comatose party guests had just finished another rousing round of “Hot Lava”, with the remaining characters cheering them on, when suddenly everything became very quiet, very still. Then an animated blur of motion exploded in Jeff’s field of vision as the cartoons erupted in a violet frenzy. Some of the clearer images were…
***
“Where are they? Why can’t I find any? There must some here somewhere… Ah, these are new!”
***
A mysterious character was skulking. Skulking or sneaking. Kind of hard to tell which one, really. Anyway, the mysterious character was doing something when a strange ray enveloped his head. A glassy look came over the mysterious character’s eyes and he began skulking, err, sneaking (whatever) off in another direction.
“Hmm… this might be my favorite one yet,” croaked the dark shape.
***
A large knot of characters were all pushing, spinning, and pulling on each other. Suddenly, a large shape in the middle of the pile grabbed another character out of the others in the group and staggered off, dizzy from the spinning, carrying the smaller character like an orange sack of groceries.
The remaining characters stopped what they were doing to watch the departing pair when suddenly it hit them… an awful, awful stench permeated the pile and they were just now noticing.
“Oh god! It smells like unwashed hobo-feet dipped in sour cream and left out in the sun!” gagged a caped figure just before the group passed out from the smell.
***
And then the rest was lost in the animated maelstrom. The revelers had now started a new DVD and fresh bottle were opened, unaware of the madness going on inside Jeff’s skull. Well, maybe they DID know, but they were having too much fun trying to… talk… like… Apache… Chief… to… really… care… (ancient bear spirit).
No one has been captured!
Four players (yes, I said FOUR) have been silenced.
Day 5 begins now. This day phase will end in 24 hours and Night 5 will begin Friday night.
With 14 players remaining, 8 votes are needed for majority.
Ok, so the mysterious character in the Night 1 write up was "laboring over some device that we didn't know what it would do yet" and tonight it was hit by the Dark Shape. Anyone care to guess who my target was last night, and whose story it tends to back...
@DF - Yes, your doubling went through. Unfortunately, my actions failed that Night. I do appear in the write-up, I think. Just not in the way expected - I would say the disheveled figure being tackled by Aquaman is me.
My action again failed last Night.
Jerry's claim is bogus. I suspect Michigan set him up - maybe with a false PM or something? - but he wouldn't have been targeting people if his power was to charge up and make a Daykill...that then never happened.
The idea that the Trouble Alert was protecting Quebbs doesn't make any sense as the Trouble Alert was Neutral, not Super-Friends. Additionally, I'm more willing to believe in Sinestro being here than Natas.
As for last Night, appears Solomon Grundy did something. Not sure if that's what caused mass Silencing or maybe mass failures?
Lynch Vote: Silver Lantern - he showed his colours by his refusal to vote for Jerry when it may have only required one more vote. There was no time for anything else and even if it turned out Jerry really was Natas that was a Neutral. Would someone really let the Day go with no lynch at that point just to keep around a "Neutral" who was willing to kill a Town member (if all that was legit).
"Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."
