I will add a few pictures to an album later but I am taking a partially finished basement and making it into an "adult" room(no kids toys).

Since I am doing all the labor I think I will come in under $1200 to add 250-ish sq ft to the house. Sheetrock was and a particle board floor was in, but both needed work. I ended up putting in a whole new sub-floor.

If I am lucky I think I can be finished by April 3rd.

Nope, not dumb at all. I think everybody goes through that. It's like how cool it feels to mow your own yard at first. Or the first few times you do a real home improvement project. I tried gardening for 2 years before I realized I didn't care enough to weed and maintain every day or two. Plant a few perennial bulbs for flowers, maybe put in a tree or few, and call it a day.

BTW- What area did you buy a house in? Still close enough for clix at that really cool game store inside the giant old mill that we went to for the SLOSH release tourney?

What with classes and everything I have not played clix in a long time. Unfortunately I hear rumor that the store is on its last leg and might be closed by the end of the year. Not sure. I live about 5-10 minutes from Dream Wizards, but it is not the best place to play. In MD there are usually places to play that are within a decent drive. I have always been very fortunate with that.
