So games should be 400 all the way through next season.
Traditionally, that's meant 500 pts for new teams, but I wouldn't be surprised to see us adopt an average or lowest point value of a returning team, or something similar to the HCFL.

Gwatch said likely 500 pts next season.
I wanna play Turtles, but I'm thinking that's best left saved for a reboot season.
I'm trying to come up with something "out of the box" that'd compete with the Avengers/JL/Legion/X-Men for 600 pts....and I'm not seeing it. So I'm hoping we do an average

I talked with Glen, and we're looking at 500 pts the whole season, something a little different than FLE normally does. That means the starting point totals would be 700.
We may adopt HCFL's lowest starting, depending on what I see from what teams I'm waiting on.
Fantasy League Elite Team: Kingdom Come: Justice League! Heroclix Fantasy League Team: Marvel Now: S.H.I.E.L.D. HCFL Season 11 Champion! Commish for FLE, starting the next season in May! Ask me!
We have the setup and a fleshed out idea of what will happen for a while, so if anyone is interested we can get it started pretty quickly.

So, assuming my draft selection goes my way, I'm going to need a DC Heroic team to trade with, if at all possible. Much thanks
I can help you out, assuming my draft selection goes my way too.

I think all in all, mostly what I've done is revamped existing feats to coexist with modern point formulas, wording and effects. I've got around 100 options thus far. One thing that I think we should do, having gone over these a multitude of times, is restrict these upgrades to "Possession of Standard Powers". So, no 'Flash Bang' for Nightshade, etc. It gets way out of hand really quick when you consider all these options out there. Plus it gives a bit of a boost to precarded figures.
I didn't want to get too super crazy with ideas without knowing if this idea is going to take off (the simple act of rewording Suppressive Fire was a huge headache). I've made them cheaper (for the most part), streamlined the wording (Vault alone had like two redundant phrases), and attempted to 'spread the love' so to speak (There are more upgrades associated with Keywords, and powers like Phasing and Earthbound that never really got any love before). I also made a couple proposals to hinder certain feats that are in abundance regardless of modern restrictions (*cough* Nova Blast *cough*) that probably should be looked at while we're here.
I did some shuffling with some pre-reqs for thematic and League Purposes in mind. Nanobots and Nanoarmor are now linked to the actual Armor/Robot keywords. Shellhead would be 'Armor' based rather than Imperv or Invuln. Alias with Spies and Celebrities, Armor Piercing with Soldiers and Assassins, 'Darkness Within' with Mystical/Monster etc etc etc. So, the feats that we've previously 'restricted' use of, now have the 'restrictions' built in.
I also tried to avoid anything that would A. Hold up games in PBP (Things like Scatter! and optional knock back (Sorry Glenn )) and B. Added things that would only really be of any use in the Leagues (I tried to include a few ways to avoid Injuries here and there).
I've got a couple ideas to finalize everything, but I really think that some of these could help solve some of the stagnancy that we've got in our little system here.

I certainly applaud the effort and goal of having more diversity in games.
I don't know that I'm a fan of restricting things (never felt nanoarmor, nanobots or shellhead were particularly broken or in need of restriction. Novablast limits itself. You must use it when you use Pulsewave, it deals damage to the user, it can only be used once.) But I really do think it's good that you have put so much work into improving the climate of the Leagues. It's one of the many reasons that I'm so glad you're back.

Awwwww... Warm fuzzies
I don't disagree that Nanoarmor/Nanobots/Shellhead are necessarily in need of restrictions due to power level, more that's the way they've been 'preffered' in the past per votings. I'm generally in support of this, since it never really made sense to me that Barry Allen would use....Nanobots?...to abosrb objects? Granted he can use the Speed Force to heal/accelerated metabolism, but why not make a healing upgrade for Speedsters instead of forcing them 'Nanobots'?
In regards to Pulse Wave...I think the evidence shows that it's not balanced. It's one of maybe 3 feats still in circulation in our game, and just a few rounds ago Tanis used it with the Legion to torch someone's entire team for 3 'ignores all powers, abilities and prayers' damage. And the 'restriction' was that he takes 2 damage, and he can't use it again? Part of the goal is to balance these out (which includes knocking Contingency Plan, Protected and Nova Blast a smidge, but not much.)

I want to remind everyone to vote on the two polls we have going, they will end soon. I'd like to have a definitive majority of the players we'll have playing next season.

I believe I'm done with the DC character list update. Take a spin through and LMK if you see anything awry.
I did want to get some alignment input on the Greek pantheon and the Justice League Elite. I gave most of the deities Neutral except Hades. I didn't read JL Elite, but I bounced between Hero and Neutral for most of them.

The JLElite are all updated on the HCFL side, and I spent time digging into their background, so that should clear some things up.
