At the risk of sounding like a broken record, it makes perfect sense that he has not succeeded all game.

I was untargetable night 2. Two mass blocks. Night 4 he was likely blocked as he was identified last phase as being kind of scummy.

If someone wants to announce that they are the vig, great. As of now, I do not like the lynch.

The thing nagging me is the straw-man argument of "why have you not yet succeeded?" There is a good reason why.

There was also a good reason not to claim. He still might be lying, but I don't think lynching is good at the moment.

Not good... Afr, I think the mafia is more likely to MD you than kill you, at least for a little while. More kills is good for them and if they can manipulate you they will.

Even if he's town, we need this lynch to contrast with the Fredwood train.

I mostly agree with you, gfish, except for one thing: When he claimed, he claimed clue cop. He didn't claim vig. I think he came up with something he could claim for a power, then went off looking for a role that would fit.

Here's an idea: How many people here are from TV Mafia? If there's nobody, or just one, then it's more likely he's telling the truth. If there's two or three, we can guess he probably isn't.

Im a clue cop and a vig. I have used my vig power yet. Too risky. Clue copping hasnt worked for me either...

Today was pretty eye opening so I have a good idea of who Ill be targeting tonight.

I'm not keen on lynching anyone this phase. I feel good about Fred, neutral about Afrcngy, and I want to think about Mal a bit more.

Buddying can occur for a lot of reasons. Good scum buddies town, or at least avoids buddying other mafia. To me, its a neutral thing.

That is a good point. But just like Fredwood's claim -- can we just wait to see if someone claims vig?

Well, this has been a useful day.

Very suspicious yet towards Afrcngy and gfish since while people might be questioning the veracity of my unnecessary claim, he's the only one really trying to deflect with it.

Maybe Mags can just Captain-Lynch Darkstone or Girathon. Preferably Darkstone, as I have a good feeling on G'thon.

This is because it meshes with my info. I'm okay being slightly on the scummy-scale, as it keeps me from getting nightkilled by mafia.

I actually think this has been a massively useful phase.
