I was a big fan of the books. Now, I have both of their board games. I only played the 1st one, it was a long game and we made it to the end, but, we horribly failed the objective.
I just saw those games the other day, and now they're my new number 1 christmas want!
Also, in my opinion, the best book series of this variety is the Choose-O-Matics by Matt Youngmark. So good.

Saturday, the wife and I baked Christmas cookies (Peanut Butter Blossoms, Chocolate Chip with M&M's, Snicker-doodles, Chewy Oatmeal Raisin, Soft Sugar cookies with Red and Green Sprinkles, Peanut Butter cookies and Butter cookies). We gave out bags of them at the tournament and they were a big hit. We ran out of time, but, we have a Christmas Story "Leg Lamp" cookie cutter for roll out Sugar cookies, which we will be using in a future batch.
Wishing for competitive Judge Dredd figures for Modern Age...WizKids are you listening?!?!

Woo hoo! finally fixed my computer so that I can use it. BUT I am having a hard time salvaging the hard drive that stored our MP3 collection. Too many CDs have been sold or donated to be able to rip them all again.

That's very cool that you did that. I applaud your generosity.
