So if I am making a HAMMER themed team and I have Norman on my team...I roll my D6 and I end up with his AE being Green Goblin...does that effect the theme team?
No, by the time you've rolled for which AE Normie can become, you've already revealed your team to your opponent and, as a result, revealed whether or not your team is keyworded.
Because Iron Patriot or Green Goblin aren't hitting the map at the same time as Normie at the start of the game, they don't count toward theme nor do they break it because you've already checked for theme prior to determining which player starts first.
Bud, you ever read any of Elllis' Anna Mercury books?
Nope. The only Ellis book I read was Crooked Little Vein. Which I recommend to everyone just to see how they react. I'm a little sick if you haven't picked up on that yet.
Catering to the lowest common denominator since Feb 2003.

Sorry, I meant the comics (I generally refer to comic books as "books").
Crooked Little Vein is pure Ellis as well as pure awesome.
Sorry, nope. I don't read a whole lot of independents. The ones I do usually get recommended to me. Is this what you are doing?
I was just curious. Anna Mercury and a few others such as Ignition City, Black Summer and No Hero that have come out in the last couple of years just don't seem to be as well known as some of his others. I enjoyed Anna Mercury and Ignition City quite a bit and would definitely recommend them. FreakAngels is pretty good, too, and now that it's been released in tpb format it's worth picking up.
