I'm not completely sure, to be honest with you. I didn't write the role. I myself had to ask for clarification. I don't know, but Mr. Stranger went out of his way to not call it a role block. Again, I obviously can't quote my role pm, so I attempted to paraphrase as best I could without getting myself in trouble, but it's hard when we're talking about technical mechanics of powers. People I target do not succeed in their actions.

That's why if the Mafia has a blocker they'll double-tap someone they really want to kill. The RBer shuts off defenses like bulletproof or PGO so the kill goes through.

Great - I manage to survive to the end of last game by insisting Neutral rather than trying to fake claim town like the mafia were doing, and now I can't help but get the feeling that everyone is doing it this time.
