I am really anticipating the Champion preview. I'm really suprised it hasn't been spoiled already. There is only one week left of the month...

So what are we expecting for his dial? What kinds of powers is he probably gonna have?

I'm expecting a dial that is a fun mixture of these dials:

-Mutations and Monsters "Gladiator Hulk"
-DC 75th Ares

Mix in some kind of power/trait that helps him take on whole teams and a dial that spikes in the middle like most Hulks but it doesn't start or end badly at all either.

-Should have a click where he is doing 6 natural damage

He has the gem and the bands, so he should be about 290-310points.

I have no idea what that is.

I plan on printing out copies to keep at the store and keep copies on me at all times. Always best to be prepared!

I dig the Super Skrull preview, but I freakin' LOVE this figure! (And not just because I'm a Cap fan.) That's an awesome 70 point figure!

I agree! I'm REALLY curious as to what they are going to do with the rest of the Elders (also surprised we haven't seen Champion yet).

I really want to know what The Gardener and The Contemplator will be like. lol

Good luck tonight, though I know you will do fine. If I see or overhear anything "questionable" at any tables near me I will make a point of calling the judge over for a ruling. It can help give you an extra pair of eyes.

Interesting. Considering most of the other Howling Commando related figures all benefit from Cap being KO'ed I'm surprised they gave us a Cap that seems to be able to stick around a while. Happy, but surprised.

Then again, they did a good job of giving him a dial that is movie/comic accurate and makes you want to charge into battle, so he probably will go down.

You mean the Mini-World's prize? With it being 300pt Modern event things could get really ugly and cheesy in venues next month.
