Oi, two things...first off go through every mission and five star them. Also that gold you get for leveling? You can spend them on Command Points :-/. Usually use the first few to get a decent weapon so you aren't wasting silver buying weapons, then just use the rest of the gold on command points.

Also what gems did you guys use in Hulk? Should it be tank like attack/defense gems?

The chicken shawarma at Aladdin's bakery just down from Jacob's Field in Cleveland is excellent, though I'd recommend going across the bridge and hitting Nate's (just down from the West Side Market) for their shish tawook rolled instead.
