I'll be honest, I was kind of bored with the second half of Season 4, but Season 5 has really picked it back up.

Wait till you see season 6!

I played a tournament in this game called Heroclix today! It was the first time I played at another venue in at least 2 months, and I didn't have any responsibility except fun and stuff like that.

It was War of Light Month 6, and I only had played at the venue once or twice, so I was nowhere near the running for the Nekron. However, my 500 pt Sinestro team of Superboy Prime (Sinestro Corps) and Mongul, plus the Yellow ring, was pretty solid.

I played into the championship round, losing a surprisingly close game to a totally loaded Blue Lantern Power Battery team supporting a GL theme team. I stupidly chose to turn Supes primes and fight Sodam Yat on his last couple godhood clicks -while he was also +3 to all stats because he had 3 constructs- instead of killing the battery on its last couple clicks. It still was a close match, but losing the +3 to every damn thing would have made it more likely that I could've fought on.

Anyhow, it felt great, and I beat 2 of the top 3 finishers overall, including the grand champion Nekron winner.

Anyone need a Sinestro Corps Superboy Prime? I pulled a 2nd one today. I also pulled a Kyle Parallax & Despotellis SR and the Entity form the boosters we could buy after the tourneys were complete.

Anybody need any of those?

God I'd love to trade for superboy, Kyle/despo, and if the entity was parralax was entity, then parralax....but you're nowhere near Cali, are you?

Saw Interstellar last night. Wasn't what I expected. Enjoyed it but it created mixed emotions. But anything that can make me feel feelings is a good thing, I guess.

This example of my writing and the fact that no one cares what I think are what kept me from becoming a famous film critic.;-)
