I'm in favor of leaving KO alive for one more night, provided he does not take an action. If he kills anyway, the Mafia has a CMD and we lynch him. Somehow I doubt that they have one though.

Why MSU in retaliation?

The way you approached the Carl/KO situation today threw me. You really wanted KO to stick around going so far as to say..."We are gonna NEED him"....It made me think you're really trying to keep him around for more sinister reasons. Even in the face of what was thought to be two deaths (even by KO's admission) you really wanted him here.

It throws me. Magnito's guiding should've gotten him to his target.

Malakim's argument got me to pull my vote, because it seems that KO didn't kill twice. Which means our SK missed once and connected last night.

I've figured it out, and I've been trying to say what we need to do. I think this is level-headed:

1. I believe they are both Town (and may even both be the role they say they are.)
2. We ignore carltmc, because he's proven slightly schizo this game.
3. We save KOBossy (by keeping hail_eris alive through tonight).


It's not worth lynching a townie just to "shut him up." Just ignore him and you get the same effect without having to sacrifice one of your own number.

If Magnito is telling the truth (probably) and KO is as well (very probably), then someone kept carl from death. From the writeup, it does not appear that KO made a kill at all.

Ergo, someone protected carl from death. It could have been the town doctor (unlikely, considering carl's lack of credibility), town jailkeeper (somewhat likely, given that's also a roleblock), mafia jailkeeper (likely, if they have one, as it blocks the cop if Carl is town and prevents a kill for KO), or mafia doctor (which means Carl is scum).

And if so, why bring it up now?

Just that he's letting you take the heat by following your hunches (i.e. voting for me only after you proposed it), and that he was halfheartedly setting me up on D2 with a nonchalantly-offhand comment about implicating me in his death.

The first one will fly better with everyone else, the second one's just a personal reason I've been eyeing him.

I targeted you on N1 and hail_eris last night, which is why hail_eris MUST live through the night.

And keeps the town distracted. I've been trying to convince everyone to ignore it, but SOME people have been perpetuating this KOBossy/carltmc talk.

Any way, 3 out of 4 scenarios finds carltmc as Town. And I doubt he's mafia fake-claiming cop on D2.
