How big is the portcullis? Could the bomb be thrown through it, away from us?

It's big, but the lil' holes are pretty small. The bomb's probably too big.

I'm assuming it's Yoshi fruit. You know that stuff he eats in Super Mario World and NSMBWii? Yeah, I'm guessing it's probably some of that.

Pax is gonna gain the power to crap eggs!

BUM BUM BUMMMM!

Space Jawa studies the lever...he notes that it seems connected to the gate, but there's mysterious holes in the ceiling above it.

"Don't pull that lever without plugging those holes!" Space Jawa says. "It looks like a trap!"

Wade pulls the lever anyway. Fortunately for his posterior, nothing hideous emerges from the holes as the gate starts to open.

JK squints and grunts, but it looks like the Sai Sigh Psi are weapons only.

"Argh!" says Boy Blunder as he kicks the gator square in the jaw. His thick skin deflects much of the blow, and he manages to hold onto Pax, but he says "Owch," through a mouthful of Pax nonetheless.

Pax bites into his juicy fruit With a hideous cackle, a deranged bat dressed like a superhero ridden by a mosquito swoops down from the ceiling.

"ALL FOR WINGNUT! ALL FOR WINGNUT!" he screams.

"Are you even a fruit bat?" asks the mosquito.

"SHUT UP, SCREWLOOSE! ALL FOR WINGNUT!" the bat screams. Leatherhead takes the opportunity to whap the bat with his tail.

"STUPID GATOR! YOU'LL PAY!" screams the bat...

And the gate opens ever wider...

Everyone but JK and CharlesX gets an XP.

Swapping out to Bo's Staff, using them to look for things we can plug up the holes with (Brain Check).

I'll attempt to use parts from the broken mousers to plug the holes. (Brain)

Hmm, so I summon Wingnut and Screwloose? I like it! Those were two of my favorites back in the day.

Want me to keep helping plug the holes, or would my efforts be better spent on the pile-up on Leatherhead?

If we're allowed to both try to plug the holes, I say leave Pax to his mess and help stop the likely trap.

All right. Bo's Staff to look for other things to plug the holes. Or, failing that, attempt to plug the holes with the staffs until we all get through.

I'm not sure how effective tickling Leatherhead will be with other people beating on him. But hey, we've had worse ideas, I suppose.
