Magic came around a time when I was strictly about girls, the arcade, music and video games. At this point, I read it and 90% of what's being said, while making sense from a literary standpoint, goes completely over my head from an understanding standpoint.

Totally deserving. I can imagine that some newbies may be turned off on what appears to be something deep into a series (I would never tell someone to start watching Harry Potter with #4), but they should know that it's very much starting fresh.

I can keep up on my smartphone, but I'm loathe to do so. I hate trying to read and respond on a phone to the point where I just don't bother.

When I do post from a phone, those posts are pretty easy to pick out.
