And for the record if you have ot seen it Rockey Balboa is a good movie, its 1 billion times etter then number rockey 5. You all should see it if you get a chance, I was pleasently suprised.

This will make some of you sick. Some of you met David last Thursday night - the guy that works for me and plans to actually do battle some day. This weekend, he went back to Oasis and bought one (1) brick. In that one (1) brick, he pulled 7 of 12 Uniques, including Supes and Batman AND an Alfred. BTW, he also pulled six (what distribution problem?) Vet Supergirls in 12 boosters. He was irritated that he got so many of one fig - I guess it hasn't dawned on him he could have pulled six Rookie Manos.

Now before you freak out...We have 10 LE's from Origin, 3 from Supernova (Drax,Vison and JAMES Mac DONALD FRIGGIN HUDSON!!!) PLUS the 8 participation prizes for the Galactus and Starro events. So that's 21 weeks solid of "Prize support" to get us through. They stated that after Avengers and JLA we will see what what will hapen to the Prize support system. I think there are two schools of thought on this:

1) Wizkids has spent an arm and a leg on the Galactus and Starro event and "cannot afford prize support during that time". It "may" return after those events.

2) After those sets they may see it to "do away with the current system" and have no prize support. Some folks on the fourums think that Wizkids is going the way of WOTC as Tuttle used to work for them! God I hope this is not the case as I HATE WOTC!!!

But, aren't you doing this for the fun of it? We don't need no stinkin' prizes.

I think each set will probably have somesort of tourney like the Galactus/starro ones were they just give out participation prizes for a few weeks, though each event may not have a super big fig as a prize.

What happened to the "Faction Wars" that Jeff had told us about for Comic's Oasis? I thought we had 2 in April (1 at Kool's-next week, and 1 at Oasis)? What's up Jeffy? I have 2 teams I want to play and would really like to use both at some point in the near future!!!
