Pretty sure I'm gonna build a deck around Mentor of the Meek and Champion. Shall be a fun time.
Yes, DroppinSuga. Keep using your silly mortal humans. Stromkirk Noble needs to be as unblocked as possible.

An Arby's has just opened not too far from me. Since I like roast beef sandwiches (tho' rarely have one), I'm thinking of making the trip.
Any Arby's-related thoughts, fellow Ogres?
I like Arby's. I don't eat there that often, but if I'm way behind schedule and without lunch I'll occasionally grab a dollar menu roast beef sandwich and typically enjoy it.

Holy Crow...Haven, I vote that you win the thread (tho' I'm still voting Blue Kyle elsewhere).
Before record shops disappeared from local shopping strips, I used to feel the very same way about the lucky guys who worked at one -- a non-chain, family-owned shop -- where I'd hang out on my lunch hour and shoot the breeze.
Hey, I LOVED records...and they called that "work"??? When they'd rant (or maybe just gripe) about dealing with customers, I found it hard to sympathize. Hey, I was making a living by administering barium enemas to people...
Then came that week before Christmas and they offered me a chance to make a few extra bucks by working in the shop.
It proved to be one of those weeks when I learned about life...
I met a girl who sang the blues
And I asked her for some happy news
But she just smiled and turned away
I went down to the sacred store
Where I'd heard the music years before
But the man there said the music wouldn't play
Hey Sox, was that you?
*sigh* Remember when record stores were in areas other than just centers of college towns.

Left itrader feedback for phantalien over the dice. They're an impressive array; I should have ordered at least a second set.
Today's work day ran a few hours longer than planned, but I'm aiming to start and end the day an hour earlier than usual tomorrow, so winding down for sleep has to be the next move.

You betcha.
Hey, how'd you know the only car I've ever driven -- to the levy or elsewhere -- is a Chevy...?

Ahh, yes....and how I miss perusing the store's various bins and flipping through those vinyl LPs in cardboard covers, if only to read the liner notes.
Tim Burton was right: "A square jaw does not a Batman make." Steve Buscemi as the next Batman! Luke Perry as Joker! Let's make it happen!
