I think I've seen that at the supermarket recently. I have to stop there tonight on the way home - I'll try and remember to check.

I think it's delicious. So much so that I'm willing to buy it from a stranger on the internet. However, it's a package that you add water to and cook for about 20-25 minutes. You may not be into that.

I made catfish last night, and it just wasn't the same without the Mahatma Beans n Rice. I tried Zatarain in it's stead, and it was a poor substitute.

Speaking of spicy seafood, I had a really tasty dish of clam with spicy vegetables the other day. First time I ever ate clam, and I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be finger-food or something you eat with silverware. It was delicious, though. I'm sure this post will get LPC'ed.

The trainer sits next to me at the office. She was teaching a co-worker some stuff and I could hear her hiccuping and getting upset about it. I told the person on my other side that it might not be a great idea, and I have nothing but good intentions, but I was going to get rid of her hiccups. I crept over to the trainer's desk and quickly said, "Hey, Ellen, how ya doing?!?!" She screamed louder than I expected, scared the gal she was training and was shocked to find out that the whole scaring people is an actual cure for hiccups.
