No amount of rules changes will bring in these "mythical" new players. Wizkids needs to spend money on advertising to try and sell their brand / product rather than rely on players word of mouth. There is minimal brand recognition for a game that was started in 2002, has over 750 million+ figures sold and spans over 15+ licenses.

Anybody got an Atom Super Rare from the JLU set? I've pulled 2 Micron SR Primes, but not even seen anyone local get the Atom SR. Weird.

Stafford for Goff. Hmmmm. The 3 draft picks could turn out to be amazing of course, so I'm optimistic. Well, optimistic in a Lions fan sense, so not really. But 3 picks in the next 3 drafts, 2 of them 1st rounders, will take some of the sting out.

I like Goff, and watched him a few times during the Rams awesome run to the Super Bowl a couple years ago, but not much lately during his down years.

I think it was a good trade for the Lions.

If you're following clix news at all, you probably saw the Legacy card idea? The first one is for the Invisible Woman SR from all the way back in the Captain America set, circa 2011. I kinda love the idea- give an old, long forgotten fig some modernized powers and abilities and send them back into modern for the next couple years.

Kinda hoping they do it with several figs from each Marvel and DC set. Maybe half a dozen (at most) figures from old sets for each new set released would actually intrigue me a lot. Would love to see the old Mindless Ones from GSX or IH Caiera, etc. So many figures I'd love to see played again.

I love any reason to play that Invisible Woman. Her and Human Torch were always so cool to me as a young Clixer. Ditto for Morg, I hope they make one for Red Shift too.

Legacy Cards are bedazzled and 1 per brick, now I know why boosters cost $2 more, lol. Not to mention, how many Legacy cards are there going to be? Invisible Woman is L057 and I realize that is the same number of the SR, but, to me that is an indication there's at least 57. Seems like a gimmick to play an old figure in modern age and have it get crushed by today's modern age figures. YMMV

I haven't looked into this but this is one of the things that I wished WK put in place a long time ago. Too many people are just looking at their old clix and wondering what they are going to do with them or wondering why are they playing the game. Especially at times like these when we are social distancing and a lot more jobs/incomes are being affected right now people are making choices of keeping or selling things. If WK did this earlier some people may be willing to keep their collections because there is going to be newer value in the older clix.

There is nothing worse than playing a collectible game and not having fun. It is even worse if it is a collectible game that is not wanted because of age and is useless. Couple that with the fact that the game is not easy to play and you need to be ready to learn to want to play, the $$$, and others.

I'll stop my thoughts...
