aqh. I've had a dog, but he never had seizures. That whole situation sounds stressfully scary.
It really is. He is a big dog, but the most sensitive, friendly dog around. His eyes stayed alert and he was really freaking out when he could not control himself. So far just the 2 seizures and we will get him into the regular vet tomorrow.
Missed the clix game at meatmunk's venue though. Had my team all set and packed up, but I don't mind for Jeb!
The water meter to our building is going to be replaced shortly; therefore, from approximately 9:25 a.m. until 10:15 a.m., the water will be shut off to the entire building. The sinks, toilets, water fountains, coffee stations, etc. will not be available for use during this time. Please plan accordingly. We will advise when the water is turned back on.
Where I work, we actually have signs at the urinals with instructions not to pee on the floor.
I'm not sure what the worst part of this is.
1) That there was a need to post this sign.
2) That it actually made a distinct improvement.
3) That is said improvement has relapsed.
When you pee on the floor there is no aiming and dealing with those pesky urinal flushes. Why do we have to pull that lever down. So much work for such a simple task.

I spent part of the weekend fixing some linoleum floors that were coming unglued and bubbling up.
The kitchen was not too bad. Remove trim and cabinet base, peel back the flooring, clean, re-glue, roll it flat to remove air and then put back trim...
Well the bathroom turned into quite the debacle.
The flooring there was on top of another layer of older flooring. And since it was a bathroom and, of course, the toilet has overflowed a couple times, it was a mess. I ended up taking all the flooring out, this meant removing the toilet, cleaning everything and then replacing it. What should have taken an hour took 6 or so.
And my interview went great, up to the point where the interview was turned over to the owner who said "Given your background, would you not be bored working here more than a month or 2?" So I am not sure where it will end up?

I've encountered this sort of thing in a few interviews, it sux.
I want to say : "just give me the damn job you over-analyizing ##########!"
Any of you guys ever have a dog that had seizures? It is freaking me out today. Jeb, my 100 lb.Golden retriever/ Poodle mix, has never had any problems with them in his 5 years.
Today he had a huge seizure around 9 am, took him to the vet where he checked out fine and we were given valium suppositories for use if he had them again (sorry, Bud, they are for the dog only).
About 45 minutes ago he had another one, this one only lasting 3 or 4 minutes and not quite as severe, but still fraking crazy.
Don't worry, I am doing a little online research also, not just asking a bunch of clix players
My dog has has a couple.
The first time she was stung by a bee. My dog turns out is allergic to bee stings.
The last two times it was because she was sick. She had something affecting her kidneys and it caused some seizures. A months worth of medicine and she has been fine ever since.

Perhaps someone is peeing on the floor.
If you need a sign to remind people not to pee on the floor, let me know. I know a guy.
