2) I hate unpainted miniatures and I don't want to take the time to paint more SW minis when I have already spent a serious chunk of my life painting the old Grenadier SW minis.

For those of you who have sold your clix (large amounts/sets), what was the most efficient and profitable method for you?

Did he sell it on eBay or did and ex leave him and forget that they were in his purse?

I have Amazon prime, but even with the free shipping that's more than twice what a packet should cost. The cheapest place I could find it online was Mahatma's website. I'm hoping that someone here can find it for about $2-$3 bucks a package, buy 4 packages and throw them in the padded flat shipping container. If they can, that would be cheaper than buying direct. If not...I'll buy direct.

I prefer painted miniatures as well, which is one of the things that got me into HeroClix. As long as they're pre-assembled, though, that's at least a step up from having to cut stuff off plastic sprues and glue them. (Stupid Shadows of Brimstone. I glued my fingers 4 times putting that damn game together...)That seems like the way to do it.

Do you X-Wing players usually stick to the 100 point limit, or do you use higher build totals? The IG-2000 just screams to me that it wants a 200 point game so that you can play all of them together.

CL runs 60 pointers so the new folk can make teams. Not everyone goes crazy and buys a collection off eBay.

I sold all mine to the Toad. not the most profitable but it was easy and beat tossing them all in the 50 cent bin at my venue.



On IG88's ship: dunno if I would play multiples of that often enough to justify the expense, we'll see.

My most wanted is the Most Wanted expansion.


Got around to watching this week's Agent Carter....

I want 2 of the IG2000 eventually, will just get maybe 1 to start. I will be getting 1 Star Viper, 2 M3-A and 1 Most Wanted to start.



I sold most everything that would sell for more than $10 on eBay. The rest I worked out a deal with someone else to sell for whatever he could get and we split it 50/50. Made over $100 this way as well so far, but that is a lot of $.25 clix sold.

That M3A looks badass, I'll get some of those depending on how much store credit I have left.

There is also a Clix event, but it is some poorly thought out scenario type thing. Aaron is not very good at creating those and has turned down my assistance in creating them.

Some of us discussed going, but now I doubt I'll make it, I have to work Saturday so I'll need Sunday to discharge my various weekend duties.


I'm not ready for a clix event, thought out or otherwise.

Scenario type things can be a lot of fun, they are few and far between at Dicehead though.

Do what CL does and just discharge in the bathroom at work. Blamo, now your Sunday is clear!
