Suddenly the earth violently erupts. Both teams are hit with wild, sudden losses. Madame Masque is literally thrown in the air with Captain Britain missing her by seconds. Nebula screams loudly as she falls into a deep crevace. The Punisher has no chance to do even that as the earth explodes at his unsuspecitng feet.

"This is unreal," Captain Britain says, "Look all of you! This bloody mess is our real problem. Any we have with each other we can lay down and meet later. We need to address this first."

Green Goblin laughs and throws a pumpkin bomb at Britain. Grundy grabs him and tries to crush the air out of him but Britain counters with a wicked punch sending Grundy into the Goblin's arms.

"By God, men, don't you realize the gravity of the situation?" he yells. Very quickly it's evident that they do not.

Wow. Two Earthquakes. That really will shorten this thing.

BFC roll is 5. Back to Overconfidence

Logan autoregenerates gets 2. Nothing.

Logan will take an action to regenerate. Gets a 6 this time and he's back up to full.

Fatality TKs Man-Thing to O9

Man-Thing attacks Britain. AV10 on DV14. Needs 4. Gets 6. 3 more to Britain and he's out.

Captain Britain had little time to celebrate his victory over Grundy. Suddenly a huge shambling creature appeared before him. Swinging a mucky arm, he finished off Braddock, avenging his fallen friend. All the while this was going on, Wolverine's wounds closed up and bruises faded.

"That's better," he thought. "Now, I'm gonna teach you a little lesson, Deadpool."

Wow, not much I can do here.

Lizard will regenerate. Rolls a lucky 6 so he gets a 4.

Ultrahumanite will attack Goblin with ho at P15. Needs 8, rolls 9. Su-weet!. 3 to Goblin. Not that it's gonna do me much good.

Goblin hisses, "Well, that wasn't very nice", he says very wobbly.

Green Goblin turned his attention to the Ultrahumanite. "I'll tear you apart for that!" he snarled and threw a bomb at him. The Ultrahumanite used his ape-like agility to avoid both that and Ra's al-Ghul's thrown stiletto.

Totally forgot about this game, Deadpool moves to L9.

The Man-Thing reached for the Lizard. Savage and bestial he may be, but the Lizard was not stupid. He had seen what the Man-Thing had done to Captain Britain, and somewhere deep inside him, a part of him was afraid. And unfortunately for him, whatever knows fear burns at the touch of the Man-Thing. As his scaly flesh began to sear the Lizard struggle to break free. Smoke began to rise from beneath the Man-Thing's fingers. The Lizard's thrashing grew fiercer until finally he broke free of the muck monster's grip with a leap that sent him back several yards, where he hid in the bushes nursing his wounds.

All right, I confess I've been waiting all game for an excuse to use that "whatever knows fear..." phrase.

LOL. Can Deadpool face all of your team, it's looking bad here...should we continue (we kinda lost out on this one AI think). Truly i am cool either way.

I'm fine with calling this one. Do you want to start another My Team's Still Better game, or should we keep it at two at a time, do you think?

I'm good with either, I thought about doing an X-Men divided game but certainly can do something else, or another "My Teams Better".

X-Men divided sounds like it could be fun. I've been kind of "into" the X-Men lately. Let's work out the particulars on that one.
