I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with everyone's ability to complain. We spend three pages complaining about how sucky poison is and how it should be pulse wave (yes, I know it wasn't everyone, but still you take my meaning) and then the moment Bro Mags says that it's pulse wave, we instantly shift gears and say how abusive this piece is. Then Bro Mags said it was a mistake and it really is poison and now we'll surely be back to complaining about the poison.

We're just not happy unless we're complaining I guess.

For 50 Points it should have more.

Fortitude is 25 and it also protects against Exploit Weakness.

For an additional 25 Points a Figure should get more than just Willpower.

How about cannot be Outwitted, has Willpower, immune to Exploit and Psychic.

Okay maybe pulse wave with a 4 damage would put him out or knock him unconscious...all depending on what era and experience level Human Torch we are talking about...however, I TOTALLY disagree that a pulse wave attack with 2 damage is too strong for him to have at the beginning of the dial.

I mean that is the same level of attack as V Avalanche...and there is no way I'd agree that the Human Torch has too use up enough energy to extinguish himself to make an attack of the same intensity as Avalanche does who is not using up all his energy in the least...

This I agree with. I just wouldn't call a PW with 2 Damage Nova. I'm sure he can boost the temperature to PW everyone for 2 without hurting himself.

I really hope we get an eratta that lets PW act more like Quake. minimum 2 damage up to your base damage.

What they should do is leave the figure as is on the base. (because it looks great with the flame trail). And just ad the Soaring indicator behind the flame. That way the flame would wrap around the hovering/soaring switch, and we would not have to worry about it falling of the base!!

...or, the front 3 stats have pulse wave rather than the (rather questionable) 3 clix of poison that have been sugested previously...

Who knows ?!

Why are so many people harping on the fact he doesn't have a flight stand? Preview for Thor, no flight stand. Thor has flight stand. Preview for Doom, no flight stand. Doom has flight stand! It's his gimmick. He'll fly. Stop crying already. Or at least wait till you have the figure in hand and come to the conclusion only after holding it in your hand that he doesn't fly.

And what do you expect me to pay for it on Ebay?
