First time I noticed Bad-Mouthed Bendis was in Alias. He had Jewel fly in and punch out Scarlet Witch while the Avengers and Defenders were getting off a Quinjet. The circumstances around it, their response to it, and everything he's written after that in mainstream Marvel has just been one reason to vomit after another...

The Experienced Spider-Man reminds me of Amazing Spider-Man 229-230. Juggernaut was out to kidnap Madame Web, but she can't survive away from her life support equipment, so he dumps her and leaves. After Spidey transports Madame Web to the hospital, he goes after Juggernaut. He puts up a wall of webbing, but the unstoppable Juggernaut just walks through it. Spidey tries to hold Juggernaut in place, but only gets brushed off as Juggy walks through a wall. Spider-Man manages to toss a tanker truck at Juggernaut in a manner I can't remember, but Juggernaut emerges unharmed. The only thing missing is the end-dial Outwit, but that's kinda been done already.

Like some others have said, I hope the Veteran is in his classic costume or hte Iron-Spidy costume so it fits the Avengers TA.

No, the alien black costume he only had for 8-9 issues of ASM. After that he wore a regular sown costume version of the black costume. He then switched off between the red/blue and black costumes for awhile. They then did a big store line sometime later where one costume was to be destroyed. The red/blue one was and he used the black from that time forward until Spider-Man #300. Yes, he had the black costume off and on up to #300, however, he only had the alien symboite costume between 252-258, except for when the symboite escaped and tried to take him over again in Web of Spider-Man #1.

I have a complete run minus a handful of issues of every ASM from #246 on. The Secret Wars was when I started getting comics religously every week.

Eh, but Jarvis is actually a team hanger-on, Jessica's just a wife. I don't know, they did give MJ the Spiderman TA, and Alicia the FF TA, but they've stopped doing that lately, and even Ma Hunkle, who was a MEMBER of the JSA, and Detective Chimp, who's an active member of the Shadowpact, did not recieve their TAs.

Lord know why E Spiderman has it, unless it's supposed to be the Ben Spidey, but the Scarlet Spider should have had it because one thing he did numerous times was to create massive globs of webbing, covering what would equate to several HC spaces in a solid mass. It's something Peter rarely, if ever, as cause to do. Ben was downright wasteful with his webbing, since he was so extreme.

She's only been around for like 3-4 years now, and in all that time she's been a side character, not a superhero. If she deserves and REV, then so does MJ, Pieface, Lois, Jimmy Olsen, and numerous other such characters. Note that MJ has had several books about her too, and she's been around for decades longer. Note that Force, who's been around for 15+ years and been a part of several X-Teams, as well as a government stooge, only recieved ONE figure. How is that equitable?

That's plainly untrue. HoM Spider-Man was a dillitante compared to our Spidey. He didn't get his hands nearly as dirty, and he definitely didn't have as much experience with his webs, and was unlikely to have nearly as much true combat experience.

REV Spider-man. Someone has been listening to me anyway I.e. Front-loaded Perplex and Incapacitate, moving to Super Strength later in dial. All three versions are good and I will definitely be fielding that Rookie and Experienced!

I do have some concerns though (really? ). No Outwit (can live without) is a shame, but I don't think Seth wanted a Brilliant Tactician Spidey. Secondly, what's with all the AV 9/DEF 16 characters in this set!? Every other figure appears to have those stats in this set! I was hoping the Veteran would be we Spidey fans version of ULT Vet Cap America or Vet Batman (i.e. just over a hundred points, really good stats and overall, a really playable representation of the character). This is that, kinda. I mean, no move/attack power is going to hurt this character. Not being able to Pounce does neuter him as being truly great. But, really, he's great and there's aren't really complaints.

Pete sometimes made barriers...he didn't do it often because it did waste webbing...however if he is in the Symbiote suit then he doesn't have to worry about webbing....

She has been around for five years...and in those five years she has had a part in many different super heroes lives....Most of hte other characters you list DON'T HAVE SUPERPOWERS...kind of reason for them to NOT be made into clicks huh?

That's plainly untrue....House of M Spider-Man had memories from the previous universe...meaning he was AT THE LEAST subconsciously pulling on all his training from the previous univers ON TOP of the training that was pressed upon during the arrival of the new universe...

Even if that wasn't the case, nearly everything I've read about House of M Spider-Man leads me, and most everyone else I have spoken to, to believe that with the House of M universe "experience" or whatever alone that HoM Spidey is more powerful than normal Spidey.

You gotta remember this is a made up universe and certain figureheads were made so as to never lose...Spider-Man and Carol Danvers being two of them...

what realy hurts the house of M spiderman is the lack of team ability, personaly i will take the E transporter version carrying E black cat coppying hydra team ability, spidey coppying ult xmen, and maybe through in a perplex and we are set

yes the house of m can hit realy well, but he can get owned cause of lack of versitility, his 18 def CR is awsome but you have to land on it and you cant make him a master of evil
