I was wondering, can you use the Outwit on the feat in multiple turns? Like say I have Lyssa Drak (from Arkham Asylum) with the Brilliant Tactician on her and I still have her on perplex, can I use Outwit (using the feat) on one turn and then use it again (using the feat) on the next turn?
I think you're reading Brilliant Tactician wrong.
Prerequisite: Outwit and Perplex
Choose a character. Outwit does not need to show in the character's stat slot in order for the character to use this feat. When the character uses Perplex, the character can affect every target friendly character that shares a team symbol or keyword with it. The character must have a clear line of fire to each target.
BT doesn't let you use outwit any time that you normally couldn't. It does say "Outwit does not need to show in the character's stat slot in order for the character to use this feat," which is probably where you're getting confused. All that means is that you can use Brilliant Tactician's modified perplex even when outwit isn't showing, since outwit is normally not able to be on the same click as perplex.

Ah, cause I always thought that it meant that as long as you had BT on a figure that you could use Outwit even when it wasn't on the dial at the time.
Alpha Flight
Cost:Free
Sets:Armor Wars
Prerequisite: Avengers Team Ability.
All friendly characters with the Avengers team ability have the following team ability instead of the Avengers team ability:
At any time during the game, choose an opposing team or character as your target. Once the character or team is chosen, it may not be changed. An Alpha Flight team member increases its attack value by 1 when attacking the chosen team or character.
The bolded area is what I have the question about. When it says choose an opposing team, does this mean a certain team ability or someone's whole team? For instance, suppose I was playing a game against two other people (I'll call them Player 1 and Player 2) and Player 1 had a team of 4 figures, 2 of which had the X-Men TA. Could I choose Player 1's team for the Alpha Flight ATA and get the +1 attack bonus against all of his characters, or would I have to choose specifically figures with the X-Men TA, and get the +1 attack bonus only against figures in the X-Men team?
Thanks in advance. I can clarify if my question is not clear.

It means a team ability.
Player 1 did not have a "team" of 4 characters. Player one had a "force" of 4 characters.
well i was just pointing out that we don't have the AA feats up yet.
Also those feats are not even official.
They are on a website.
They may have been going to be released in the set.
When NECA took over they may have not been play tested so they opted not release feat/BFC's.
Until they become official they should not even be put up.
The problem was that with the advent of the Players Guide basically adopting the same format in a full list of feats this list has seemed a bit superfluous. If we do not have an updated Players Guide in the next few weeks, I'll update and reformat the list to be in keeping with the current Players Guide and add the AA and HoT feats in as well.
