I think he can actually do 17 clicks of damage per the rules. No one ever seems to use his restoring order power. Per that power it reads "When the result of a successful attack roll made by Superman is doubles, the target is dealt damage normally, but is not knocked back. Instead, if the target has zero or one action token after the attack has been resolved, give the target an action token." So if you hit with two heavy objects, and got ridiculously lucky, you'd do 16 clicks of damage, 5+2+5+2+1+1, plus one additional damage as the character you hit would be pushed (Two action tokens instead of knockback).
6 (1 from perplex) + 2 (heavy object) + 1 (critical hit) + 2 (knockback off a building) (SECOND ATTACK == 11 damage)
21 damage total
I think it's possible to cancel the SP before making the second attack, if not then the maximum he could do is 20 damage, each attack knockback into a wall.
It's 2am, so I'm probably completely off with rules and math, but HEY.
My bad, I always forget about perplex. Irregardless, a ridiculous amount of damage if you can position him, though most people will kill him first once they see him on the board.
Restoring Order can't be countered mid-action. Regardless, Supes is going to dish out a maximum amount of hurt with two heavy objects in one action. If the Armor Wars and Great Arena/Extraordinary Day BFCs are played, his theoretical maximum approaches 22-24 clicks of damage dealt between two attacks in one action: ((5 + Perplex + Heavy Object) *2) + 2 critical hits + 1 push (token) damage + 2 Armor Wars damage + 1-2 knock back damage. Under the most ideal conditions, he'll do 11 clicks in one attack, which is more than enough for most characters. ' Nuff said.
If this isn't the best tentpole in the game, he's easily top 5 in his weight class. He. Is. Nuts. With a Perplex or a heavy object, he can take down Cosmic Spidey in one action. With 2 heavy objects, he can drop Thor and Loki in one action. And that's by himself. With an Outwit and TK, you're boned. Period.
...man, you might say, is nature dreaming... -Jeffers Floronic Man reigns supreme!

If you let him carry 2 tombstones, he will have a 20 defence for two attacks. By then he will already be crushing your face plate for a minimum 10 damage if you have destroyed both tombstones. In a way, your death is almost inevitable.
Tombstone is just a heavy, right? You can have a heavy, a light, and something else (like another heavy). It doesn't matter if they're not standard.... unless there's a rule about not having the same object twice...
Everytime I read people trying to do math with heroclix I have to point to the rules and the rule of three.
The most you can modify the damage regardless of methods is 3 so the 'max' you can do is 8 per swing on the first click, note if you roll doubles there is no knockback.
The extra action token of the damage SP does not itself cause damage it's just action token/pushing damage.
If his Damage SP is outwitted the knockback the is a separate damage source... and really is not part of the damage calculation.

While that is true, people are counting getting lucky. If you roll double 6's on both flurry rolls that brings his total to 18 damage (5 + 1 perplex+ 2 heavy object +1 for the critical hit X 2 ~ so basically 18 damage, and possibly some push damage. In the old rules you could turn off a power, and the figure could get knocked back. Now Supes has to use restoring order, so you basically have to give your opponent an action token. Irregardless, this figure pretty much kills anyone with proper positioning.
Wait a minute, critical hits ignore the rule of 3? Cuz what you just described "5 +1 perplex + 2 heavy object +1 critical hit" describes modifying Ole Supes damage a total of +4.
