I wonder the same thing. Ultra-Boy question is tooooo easy! (For me)
I made up the questions weeks ago and I'm now assigning them randomly. I did think about how ironic it would have been if either you or Rokk had gotten the Ultra Boy question.
You can always ask CheeseWiz if he wants to trade.
By the way, did anyone have to actual research any of the last questions, or did you all just know?
Here's the next batch of questions. The deadline is Monday, 3 pm Eastern:
CheeseWiz: In what way is Ultra Boy’s ultra vision superior to Superboy’s X-Ray vision?
Knew the last one 'cause I read the book not too long ago.
I froze for a second on this one, especially when Batfink said it was easy. That, and I wanted the Phantom of the Opera question.
Anyway, I did check my answer, but since Superboy can't see through lead (and why not???), I guessed that Ultra-boy can.
I'm sure Rokk or you other Legion fans would have much more eloquently than I.
Heroclix is a strategy game with comic book characters where you can shoot sheep guns and quip with Spider-man and Deadpool. It is played by some of the nicest, most giving people on the planet. That is why I play Heroclix.
I want these clixed: Doc Savage, Fu Manchu, Tarzan, The Shadow, The Green Hornet & Kato, Conan, Solomon Kane, The Phantom, King Kong, Universal Monsters, Black Orchid, Manhunter (Paul Kirk), Xemnu the Titan, unclixed Kirby Fourth World characters, and Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula.
Balthus and his dog slasher died trying to warn of a Pictish advance. Once htey realized they could not reach the fort in time, they made a last stand, buying time for at least some of the women to escape.
By the way, did anyone have to actual research any of the last questions, or did you all just know?
I have had to dig for each of my answers. The only ones I have known I have not been asked.
Curtain was Poirot's last case.
ULTRA-HUMANITE of the SSOSV Clan!
ROCK WARS TRIO WINNER: RUSH!
The advice of Neil Peart:
I will choose a path that's clear, I will choose FREEWILL!
We will pay the price, but we will not count the cost
Everyone got in their answers pretty quickly, but I'll still wait for the Monday deadline before confirming any answers as right or wrong. If anyone has any second thoughts prior to then, you still have time to change your answer.
I'm a tad early with the results, but I'm gonna be away from my desk for much of the rest of the afternoon. Besides, you all got the correct answers yet again. Now I'm glad my book is still scheduled for a November release--it may very well take that long to whittle you all down to a single winner.
