I would like to cash in the Cheetah's SA's to Upgrade her to Barbara Ann Minerva.

Actually, you wouldn't upgrade to Barbara Ann. You would upgrade to the V (55 points), and the you'd need another upgrade to nab Barbara Ann (56). Seems like a waste of an upgrade for a single point, but that's the system
