Hal looks like a Red kill, judging from the "vomited on" aspect, and that's what Reds like to do.

The kids disappearing... that could be a vig. Or that could be a Greed lantern as an Orange SK.

Hal seems like a Red Killing to me as well. However it seems like the black Lanterns are straight up zombies with the biting and the eating and people possibly turning into zombies.
