This is rather interesting, and I am not silenced. I wonder why/how the silencing happened.

Prolly sent in as a day action...it's a cool mafia power though. If I am mafia and someone begins hounding on, send in the silencer and then do a careful touch and go (not really answer the questions/accusations and deflect onto someone else). I have seen it work when the accuser is not online or isn't doing a good job on the attack.

You're probably right MSU. That's such a mean power to have, and given that it's untrackable it's even nastier.
