I bring up Steel Serpent because I see no mention of "Steel Phoenix" in the wiki.

But Steel Serpent shows up, and he seems hurtfully evil.

Davos, The Steel Serpent, became the Steel Phoenix in the tournament.

More often than not, Davos is an Iron Fist villain, however at this point in the story, he is working with the other fighters for the side of good.
