Precedent is the Injury on KC Superman earlier this season. I tried to volly that it doesn't injure, but consensus was that it does indeed injure the opposing character.

HavokandChaos' JSA have KC Supes. And that precedent on which it occurred on KC Supes might have been what the two players agreed upon as opposed to an actual judge coming in and saying how it would be ruled. I would rule it as no injury actually since the injury stems from doing that extra damage. Like if a 1 damage character crit hits someone with invuln, they don't get an injury. But a person with 2 damage that crit hits someone with invuln, would get the injury.

See, I remember bringing it up in the main thread and being somewhat readily shut down. I really didn't think that it should cause an Injury, but it did.
