I'm honestly not sure - I hate tracking down the DC TA's (though I just had for the Police PD - checking stipulations on it - so I should've checked Outsiders then). I just used Outsiders in the same manner that others have been using it while subbing this game.

Yeah, the best reason for a new DC set. New PAC for DC TAs. Still I just now noticed it. If it had changed to anytime during the turn then that's great. I have Chief after all.

I had to look it up from an older document that still had Morlock's on it. It may have been changed to 'beginning of your turn'.

Turn 8B

1. "Hah! Surely thou art reinforced with the earthy sinews of Antaeus!" laughs Hercules as he prepares to tussle with Geo-Force. "You may keep that blessing of the deities. I do have to take back the essence of Hephaestus. I will bestow another gift upon you in return though, so be proud of the stories you shall be able to tell." That's correct according to the Player's Guide. I don't think it made any difference to the turns I made; at least, I hope not. (I don't think I've ever used the Outsiders TA before subbing earlier.)

Also, Gorilla Man seems to have been KO'd at some point, but it doesn't show up in the stats record for the Outsiders.

That's because I asked and was still waiting for an answer on who gets the KO stat for him.

He pushed to Regen and, well, Regen went badly and Gorilla-Man went to sleep for a bit.

The last individual to damage him was Metamorpho via Poison. I would figure Metamorpho gets the KO -but- Metamorpho was KO'ed before Gorilla-Man so I was double-checking.

Yeah, I was feeling kind of bad about that and was wondering if I should just PM you for your addy.

Question: There's no benefit to a Crit Hit on a Mind Control roll, correct?

Nope. It's a 'no damage' attack, versus a '0 damage attack'.

Figured as much but occassionally get surprised by things - especially when it comes to stats or knockbacks - and wanted to double-check.

Turn 9B

1. (Free) The Uranian communicates with his flying saucer, using its' technology to home in on his opponents: Perplexes his own Attack +1.

2a. Bob taps into the mechanisms of Black Lightning's power belt and causes a power-surge: Mind Control (close combat) attack on Black LIghtning: Attack 9 (8 + 1 Perplex) vs 15 Defense. The roll is 6 + 6 = 12 and the control is successful, but Bob is caught in the backlash of the sparks, taking a push click. [1 SA to The Uranian]
2b. (Free - Mind Control) The power surge arcs out from Black Lightning, threatening to strike the Creeper: Attack 8 vs Defense 16. The roll is 3 + 5 = 8 and Super-Senses is a 3 as the Creeper takes 2 damage. Here I was hoping on BL missing...

3. Spidey voices concern, "Alright. We got the lava...somehow...though I'm not sure what exactly that means and Doomsie's troops are arriving so wouldn't it be time to say bye-bye to our pals?" as he moves his tired frame into combat. Spider-Man Lunges to R-5 and makes a Close Combat Attack (not using Rip It Up, just to specify) on Black Lightning: Attack 8 vs Defense 15. The roll is 4 + 5 = 9 and Black Lightning takes 2 damage. Spidey then Vaults to S-5 to get out of the Prince of Power's way once Hercules finishes with gathering up the Essence of Hephaestus. [1 SA to Spider-Man]

4. (Free) As the first of Doom's soldiers arrives, M-11 stuns one and grabs the soldier's unconscious form to use as a bludgeon; Rip It Up gives M-11 a Light Object.

5. M-11 moves to U-7, dragging the soldier along much to everyone's shock.
