Dude the new map looks effin awesome.

I like the Kirby dots and lines, very cool.

Only slightly confused where are the starting areas, or maybe I am not seeing a decent enough picture on my laptop.

Thank you. Starting zones are in the normal top and bottom two rows. A better res picture wouldn't load on Blogger. I also just sent you privately a sneak peak at a map about four maps down the pike.

As a sidenote, did Custom Maps lose it's forums??? And Custom Map threads don't appear on the main page any longer? What gives?

I would definitely buy these maps if available.

I'm getting there. I finally found a printer who can pull off a double-sided map with quality results. However I'd need to order 500 which bears a decent price tag. I'm considering using Kickstarter.com to gauge interest as Lady Lurker isn't thrilled with me shelling out a giant check for maps that people might not buy!

In the meantime, new map is up and I've detailed the genesis of its creation.

What do you consider a decent price?

500 sounds very reasonable. I think Grid reality printed about 1000 and were down to around 300 still left last time I checked. If you put them out in mid-october or later(after my wallet has recovered from WOS) I would buy one or more. I like the new map. What about some kind of instead death for non-fliers that get knocked past the orange? Maybe with a possible save if you have a TKer within 4 squares or something like that.
