I have a Transformers tattoo, which I plan to add more to shortly. And entire room of statues and action figures, posters, 30+ comic shirts, random, comic and cartoon memorabilia all around my house. Been a geek since the early 80's lol.
I can hum the entire soundtrack to Transformers: The Movie note for note. LOL.

I confess I thought the same thing... I saw maybe 2 episodes total since I usually work nights.... and I agree, I thought she superceded Buffy by her character on the American Pie movies.....
I wonder, maybe a super-secret geek handshake or salute/sign to recognize those undercover, ninja geeks? Not "Live long and prosper...... perhpas "Live long and Perspire"? I'm showing my '70's here.. (Someone is cursing in Klingon right now...)
Yes, but you're a surrealist! I'm a normal guy!
Gil Zoo Crew or bust!
mmm, forgot to mention my 25 years of playing Fantasy Football. Yes, I remember wondering if Mosi Tatupu (RIP) was going to get more carries in '86... when I had Icky Woods as my keeper when he blew out his knee the next season..... drafting Rick Mirer... much history for the woodchucks.

I watch more cartoons especially super hero cartoons than my students.
I read more comics than my students.
I still have all of my videogame systems and games going back to NES
I took time to learn to play a lot of NES songs on the guitar, most now forgotten.
Whenever a friend of mine gets married, on the wedding day as they greet all people leaving the church, I always do the wonder twins thing with them. (I was the first one to take the marriage plunge.)
I guess I can beat most people and say, I accepted to be a MOD on a fansite like HCrealms. I get no pay, some grief, but the hours are flexible.

Besides the comics, comics art, D&D, video games and other such things.. I have one item i have yet to see mentioned... I have a Custom Pair of Nike Dunk shoes with a hand painted Dr. Doom Theme on both shoes. Cost about $400 for them....they are awesome. I can post pics if anyone cares.

Good Lord, where do I start? First let me say, I'm only 29.
-My Screen Name here as well as other websites is also my license plate
-I keep my Clix collection in many Plano tacklebox trays stuffed into 5 longboxes. They are kept in my living room next to the entertainment center so I have access to them whenever I want to.
-I have a picture frame hanging in my house that is designed lovingly by my brother (TheAvengerThor) to look like a Heroclix dial (It actually turns and has stats!)
-I have a curio cabinet that cost quite a bit of money to display both mine and my wife's 40ish Minibusts and Giant Heroclix.
-I have just about every form of Silver Surfer toy that has ever come out.
-My wife bought me a replica of the Legion flight ring as a wedding present, but it was almost my ACTUAL wedding ring.
-I had to make two seperate trips from my old house to my current house with the Uhaul. Once was for my clothes, furniture, and such. The other was for my comics. The comics took up more room.
-I have dozens of articles of clothing/accessories that are comic related. Dozens of t-shirts, button up shirts, and Spider-man cufflinks.
-prominently displayed on bookshelves are not only Mighty Muggs and Super Hero Squad toys, but also all of the Super Heroine barbies that they've made.
-I actually got my niece to call me "Uncle Surfer" for a short amount of time.
-My Heroclix obsession has caused me to take up a secondary hobby...dice collecting. I feel it is necessary to have a unique set of dice for each theme that I play. I even have custom dice that are solid brass with the Power Cosmic symbols and the Sinestro Corps symbols laser cut into them.
-My two cats are named Phoenix and Harley Quinn.
-I plan vacations and days off around Heroclix and Comic Book activities.
-I have seen, played, and owned almost every comic book movie/game that has come out in the past 10 years.
-I have just recently become an avid Munchkin Player. (I LOVE SUPER MUNCHKIN)
-I own at least two different versions of Monopoly that are based on comics. One is purely Spider-man Monopoly and the other is a totally customizable version that encompasses all of the marvel universe.
-I own every season of Dragonball Z in several formats. American VHS, Japanese VHS, and American DVD.
-I have played Star Trek CCG, Ani-Mayhem, Overpower, Pokemon. I quit all of them before they were officially out of production except for Overpower. I maintained a website based on the game and made homemade cards years beyond the final set, and will STILL bust them out when my brother is in town.
-Every character that is nameable in every video game that I have ever played is named Norrin. Furthermore, when my first male child is born, I nearly have my wife convinced to give him the same name.
-I WRITE COMIC BOOKS!
That should do for now. I'm sure I'll think of more as the thread develops!
Since my brother (TheAvengerthor) doesn't post here that often, I am going to make a post on his behalf. He met his wife while they were both wearing prosthetic foreheads. That's right...they were both Klingons. They were "Klingon Married" to each other first, and then fell in love and got married for real a short while later. Their daughter Isabelle Kara Peterson (The Kara part was from Supergirl) is the awesome little girl that calls me Uncle Surfer. My wife posts on the realms as Dngrgrrl. Both my brother and I and both of our wives play heroclix. (We're just one big happy geek family)

I have all the aforementioned qualifications (shirts, tons of clix, lead statues in my office, a Ph.D. in business, TPB's etc.), but the crowning achievement in my geekdom was convincing my wife (who is decidedly anti-geen - why she married me I can't fathom) to give our 2 month old the middle name Aeryn (after the Farscape character) without her knowledge of its origin. Things were great until 2 weeks ago when normalview's wife told her of its roots and I haven't heard the end of it yet.

why should that be a problem? I don't get non geeks sometimes...Aeryn is a beautiful name.
and the surfer's last post reminds me that if I were a carpenter I'd hammer on a piglet. I'd collect the seven dollars and I'd buy a big prosthetic forehead and wear it on my real head... everybody wants prosthetic foreheads on their real heads!
