I think I was okay with liver the one time I had it.

I'm Jewish so genetically I love liver. Chopped liver is one of the most delicious spreads out there, and the few times my dad bought and made whole liver it was delicious.

I know I've had Fried Chicken Livers at Cracker Barrel, and I liked 'em a lot. I think I had liver one other time and was all right with it. Liverwurst, not so much. Something about it tasted too much like metal.

Speaking of which, I should probably get dinner at some point.
