Well, if we want to get technical, he's Steve Rogers, not Captain America, so there's still an opportunity for the title character of the set to upstage the giant head.

Seems decent enough. 160 is pricey but the original was 144 - never very cheap. More than a 16 point improvement.

Nasty Special Power.

Weaknesses: Not pushable - most players will fear pushing off that 18 defense and RS so he will be easy to swarm. A good set up will drop him fairly easily - still he looks to be a fun piece which will catch the eye of a number of gawkers I bet.

just a quick question regarding his SP.....
if friendlies within range of PW (and sharing the appropriate keyword) are not affected by the PW, does that mean that if I had one enemy and one friendly 'scientist' nearby (whom we shall refer to only as 'Reed') would the enemy take full damage still or just 1.

would the scientist, known only as 'Reed', be able to perplex whilst still within range?
exactly to what end are they unaffected?

it seems pretty cut and dry to me that the target would take the brunt of PW....but just thought i'd get this question out of the way now.

I gave my reasons why I think he is pricey. Why are you thinking he is borderline underpriced ("Steal") or perfectly priced?

I can't say much other than that they value the carry ability highly.
