Rather than just signing up for a new name, try just signing in for your old name. I noticed that if you ever registered with the site for the BiBtB WoS or DC75 mail offers they already had you on file. All I had to do was update some of my personal info and tpchid was already in the program.

Likely you took "sol" as part of registering for the BiBtB mailings. Rather than creating a new name just sign in with your prior info. That is, if you remember your password from more than a year ago.
