There are other browsers for macs, as pointed out elsewhere on this very thread. And not all Safari users have an issue.
Yeah the fails bit is a little much. Look how many people have had their username they wanted stolen though.
The issue is easily enough resolved using a different browser though how many people using macs will see that in this thread. It's easy to just throw some hands up and blame it on safari but the smart business move would be to find out how to straighten it out on their end so folk don't have a problem. I'm not saying how wizkids should run it's business I'm just saying if it were my business it what I would do.
Damn not a single event listed in BC? Apparently we are not on the map
I come from Canada too. When you write a zip code in the search page, you can only enter 5 digits. Since Canada uses 6 digits (alpha-numeric), I don't see how Canadian players can ever find a venue or events using the current system.
My venue is not listed on the search. Does that mean my boss didn't complete some part of the process and we won't be eligible for Infinity Gauntlet or do events have to be scheduled before a venue shows up in the search?
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.

I think events have to be scheduled. snatreaper, get to scheduling.
It won't let me use SLVRSR4 because it says no numbers allowed. Then I tried Silver Surfer and it told me the name was restricted. Now I'm a saaaaaaad panda.
Couldn't you just be "SilverSurfour"?
By the way, I must have built up some good karma somehow in a previous life. "Bill" wasn't taken yet. Who needs numerals, eh?

1 - No one owns a username. If you don't own it, nothing is stolen. I only say this because sometimes, the hyperbole needs to be toned down just a notch.
2 - Most of the time, I suspect "stolen" usernames are either (a) the username contains the name of a licensor's character and is thus not being permitted or (b) they signed up for an account on the product replacement system.
I'll call out sol. What screen name are you looking for? "sol" or "sentinelofliberty"? Because I see BOTH of them in the system tied to your email address. You can let me know on this thread which one you want and which one I should delete.

And to that end, I've got technical people looking into the issue.

Your venue shows up on my search. I did not follow the link on it as I was trying to set up ours. But it is there. When I did my search I did it for a Spokane zip and a 25 mile radius, then a 50, and had 6 different ones show, tho mine was on there twice (Lexcorp and TCBS -- I used the latter as this thread indicated to use the one with a full address).
I just tried it again, and it shows up twice like mine. Do the same search, and click on the link for the second entry (the full address one). It takes me to the correct page. There you can volunteer and set up the events as I did.

I own my username. I OWN it.

My guess is that snatreaper might have set me up? I definitely didn't do it. Now, I have to make a choice. For consistency's sake, let's go with 'sol', but I need the password. You can PM it to me.
Hyperbole or no, thanks for addressing this for me, Norm.

If it's tied to your email address just hit forgot password and you'll get it emailed to you.
Were getting singles of Misty & Colleen in the Deadpool Set!

I am a Mac/Safari user with an issue. I had to use Firefox to access it. Fortunately my user name seems to be safe.
