I hear you completely. That's why I am job hopping. And hey, if you do find a another gig, your company may counter offer.
I am in the same boat. It hurts watching less qualified people advance while they give you lip service. I am currently looking as well. Keep your job, go get another and then quit. I know it is common courtesy to ask your current employer to match an offer sheet, but I would tell them they have to beat the offer, a price for not giving you the promotion in the first place.
23 writers signed up and 111 followers on Twitter for my fundraiser. Very exciting!
I also got an email from Clay Dunn, who is the online director for Share Our Strength, saying that he discovered our site and wanted to know what inspired us to host a fundraiser for their site.
It's been an interesting day so far.
What, am I normal or not?
Am I crazier than other patients?
Right, I've done everything right.

And they got Jon 'Star Trek's Q' DeLancie to voice an all-powerful chaos dragon who liked to mess around with people's minds. If that's not begging for geek attention, I don't know what is...

I sometimes watch Cartoon Network Cartoons like Adventure Time or Regular Show. Used to watch Chowder on that a lot when it was running. Just only people I know that watch it is a guy in his 20's who has his mom drive him everywhere and seems like she still gives him an allowance and a guy who is rather annoying and doesn't know what personal space is/likes to touch peoples stuff without asking first. Among other things...
Ill repost it here
I have an idea for a Game of Thrones Mafia I would love to run, BUT
I don't have the time to do it formy self, any co-mod takers?
I would love to collaborate.
Barring that, please auto-sign me up to play.

However, I have, today, started writing the roles for Mafia Anniversary. I intend to make it a really, really good game. So two months head-start on role writing seems about right.

Care to explain why? I'm always a bit fascinated when a game ends midstream, let alone before it even gets off the ground, with a good amount of player signups.
