I Wrote That Spell A Millenia Ago, Fool: Mephisto can use Probability control, but only to re-roll attacks that are made by, or target, a character with the "Mystical" Keyword Tugging Heart Strings From Out Of Sight: Mephisto can use Stealth and Phasing/Teleport Let's Make A Deal: Mephisto can use Mind Control. When Mephisto successfully uses Mind Control, give the target an action token after actions resolve Composed of Evil: Mephisto can use Toughness and Mastermind Silver-Tongued: Mephisto can use Outwit and Perplex

yea, but the fact that he's circumstantial makes sure he doesn't break the game. His low speed values make it hard for him to catch a high value target, his high rolls needed to activate his powers make it difficult to cripple you're opponent. Its one of the reasons he's only 65pts. But when it all falls together, you're opponent rethinks strategies, giving up precious time, and crippling their best/most important pieces.
Also, looking at him, he's a lot easier to position him than you might think. A simple TK into position, the Tiny Size carry mechanic...
red mafia: omega-red's movement, attack, and defense cannot be countered omega-tangel: if omega-red has successfuly hit two diffrent opposing characters this turn you may deal him one unavoidable damage. if you do so give both hit characters a action token.
You Cannot Hide From The Devil: Mephisto ignores Stealth Letting You Dabble In My Power: Once per game, you may give Mephisto a double power action and target a chosen friendly character with the "Mystical" keyword. If you do, Increase that characters values by +1 for the rest of the game Walking To And Fro: Mephisto can use Phasing teleport and Stealth. If Mephisto uses Phasing/Teleport and moves less than half his speed value he may be given a power action as a free action. Sinister Manipulation: Give mephisto a power action. Make an attack roll targeting up to three characters within range and line of fire. All hit characters gain mastermind and take 3 (three) penetrating damage. You Cannot Lay Hands On Evil: Mephisto can use Invulnerability, Super Senses and Mastermind Dark Intentions: Mephisto can use Outwit, Perplex, Leadership and Shape Change

OMG! I can totally see someone trolling with this guy. Its pretty difficult to hit him. "Attack You!" "Nope, In Stealth. Ignore that? Then Shape Change. Misses? The Super Senses. Still Misses? Reduce, OH and you take one as well." I like how Walking To And Fro and Sinister Manipulation work together. Attack the three characters, give mastermind..."Now kill your characters for me"
SP Trait - Misdirection: Fantomex can use Shape Change. Speed - E.V.A.: Fantomex possesses the Flight ability. If he uses the Carry ability, do not modify his movement. Attack - The Great Illusionist: Fantomex can use Running Shot, Stealth and Mind Control. Fantomex does not take damage from using Mind Control. When Fantomex uses Mind Control he can only give successfully hit targets move actions.
From the Finest Worlds story line. Definitely an option 2 version IMO.

When he does, he can be a given a close or ranged combat ACTION instead of ATTACK. Attack - Safety in numbers....right?: Plutonian can use Psychic/Blast and Energy Explosion. When he uses Energy Explosion he deals penetrating damage. Damage - I knew it was just a matter of time: Plutonian can use Perplex and Outwit. When he uses Perplex he can only target himself.
card king: gambit can use super strength but only for light objects theif: when gambit moves do to his own action he may ignore opposing characters for movement purpposes, but may not automaticly break away. if gambit moves past a opposing/frindly character that is holding a light object he may take it from them. royal flush: if gambit throws an object he has a range of 8. the objects damage is incresed by 2 when thrown if target was successfuly hit you may also deal 1 penatrating damage to eatch other character within two squars. (including frindly characters)
Cool Venom Dial. Point cost for this dial is just about right IMO.
I like your Wolverine Dial too. I like the damage Special name(I laughed when I read it). Can you explain the shape change he gets when in hindering. Maybe its obvious, I don't know. Good Job.
my thought behind it is that Wolverine is amazing at hunting and hiding. a 35 pt fig can have stealth. So just gave Wolverine a little boost to his stealth. thats all. thanks for the comments =)

Love the power set, but 12 attack seems high for Gambit... lol. I was upset that we didn't get a genuine Cajun Card Shark in GSX...
