Oh and thanks for being able to finish the game out before I head off for vacation.
Yeah, no problem! Sorry, I didn't post more turns sooner; I just really had no idea what I was going to do during some of them. I've never played swarm to this scale before, so I was having some trouble thinking through turns.
Good game! I thought it turned out pretty well with a lot of back and forth. I only wish I could have remembered that Lucky Break . Oh well, I guess I'll remember for next time as a result.
And I definitely got really luck on the shape change!
Yeah I really love playing swarm. I never really did but when I played this Shield team...love it now. Hard to think of teams without having at least 8 or 9 figs.
Yeah I wish I remembered Lucky break too! Would've avoided an injury. *shakes head* Ah well.
And yeah...hate shape change and super senses...with a passion!
But still it was a great game. You have some really good synergy with that feated up Red Skull. I would've thought it wouldn't do that great, but it really worked well. Especially that Inspiring Command...thought it would've been too hard to pull off but man, it was a killer.

Haha. Yeah, hopefully, when I get a little more experience, I'll start to feel the same way. All of these pieces on the board kind of fried my brain!

Yeah, since the keyword doesn't help out a whole lot with move-and-attack powers, I have to plan ahead. Inspiring Command really helps me in this because pushing becomes a lot easier, and I can maneuver around my Mastermind fodder while also turning Madame Hydra into a cannon. In the end, Red Skull has sort of turned into a master facilitator for my team with his perplex, inspiring command, and contingency plan.
Playing against you these past 2 seasons has really helped me learn a lot about how to position with a larger quantity of figures and how to plan ahead for future turns better!
Yeah I found out after you took out the first Shield Agent that I had to watch out for Madame Hydra two turns in a row! I had to utilize the remaining Shield Agent's stealth a lot more this game than I had in the past.
I was debating pushing the Specialist onto Outwit a lot sooner but was worried you would hit Bucky hard. So I'm wondering how that would've turned out if I did that in Turn like 8.
But I think what really made it tough on you was taking out your Technician early on. I knew I had to take him out as soon as I got the chance. Enhancement AND perplex? Very dangerous. I love that piece.
In any case, it was definitely a great game! Good luck in the next couple of games!

Yeah, that's why I didn't try to go so much for Bucky after my initial attack because I assumed any damage I did would be healed off by the Specialist.
Losing the Technician early was really rough, but I thought that I had to go for the attack and expose him since I had a shot at KO'ing Bucky that turn with Red Skull's attack and a follow-up by Madame Hydra, but I crit-missed and had to theme prob (forgetting my Lucky Break, of course). Technician is a great piece and one I wish was a 616-universe Hydra member and not the movie one...
Yeah! It was a lot of fun! I think I have to win out from here on if I want to make the playoffs, but I will do my best! Good luck to you the rest of the way!
