Why would they be higher? I know that as players we all want a 200pt figure to be a beat-stick. But, when is the Joker ever a one-man-army? He represents the character from the film very well. Furthermore, if played right, he cleans up. He needs to have friendly figures around; hence the mastermind. As for damage, P/PB and B/C/F on every click means he can cause his fair share of damage.
Ra's Al Ghul: "Your mentor is slain. You are wounded. You haven't the slightest hope of foiling my plans. Why continue to resist?"
Nightwing: "I dunno. Maybe they just raise 'em stupid in Gotham."

Exactly plus you don't really need to worry about his defensive numbers when you consider he has mastermind that's outwit proof
Last man standing game, each person got to choose 2 figures. The other players had to choose a figure same point value as yours or less. The figure couldn't attack anyone else in the field, until they ko'ed the other persons figure of equal value. This "Joker" laid waste to two Gladiators at the same time. With the help of Henri Ducard, beat Thor/Hercules dual figure to within 2 clicks of death. That healing white power that both these characters have is NASTY. LOL twice during the game, people were cussing, wanting to throw dice, brought a smile not just to the Joker's face but to mine as well.
i was part of a game where this figure dam nearly broke the game. now i wish i could say i did it but i didnt my plan was devious but not as devious as a criminal mastermind friend of mine. there was four of us. figures included metallo, avengers prime, plus my team and my mates. i played bruce wayne and bruce banner the idea being bruce banner ae tribal hulk defended by wayne 18 defense double 6 to ko. i also played venom hammer of thor to tie up and black cat for prob control.
my mate did one better and teamed joker up with ultron from chaos war. id completely forgotten his mastermind trate. pretty soon there was drones averywhere. near the end id ae into tribal but lost wayne and had ae into dark knight. i finally git got a 6 on blades claws on the joker. he masterminded it and i realised the point of the team he had a near infinate supply of mastermind fodder and i realised i just couldn't take out the drones faster thn he could replenish em. ultron herself was nicely hidden and protected by some drones of her own. it was a good game either way. it was joker oddly enough who took out avengers prime. anyway this figure is a beast.
This is very nitpicky, I know, and I also know that this was what they did in the movie. But it is wrong.. The Joker's calling card is NOT the Joker card. [b]IT IS THE ACE OF SPADES.[b/] I hate when Hollywood cinema changes things so that mainstream audiences don't have to scratch their head.
Sorry for the rant. I just picked up my Joker figure and saw the Joker card in his hand, and it set me off. (right before I repainted the card to be an Ace of Spades!)

His mastermind is not outwit-proof. I understand why you probably think it is, because traits can't be outwitted. However, powers granted by traits can be outwitted. So, let's say there's a hypothetical figure who has a trait that says, "This character can use Running Shot and Telekinesis, and can't be targeted by Perplex." You can outwit his RS, or his TK, but not the third thing, and not the whole trait.
Although someone has most likely already corrected you, I will do so again for kicks. Because let's face it....there's nothing better than to correct your incorrectness stupiddonkey. Traits cannot be outwitted. Individual standard powers within the trait that are labeled 'posseses' CAN be outwitted. 'Can use' standard powers within a trait are unoutwittable. Hmm.....I think I just made up the word 'unoutwittable' just for this correction.
This joker is interesting.....since this is supposed to be a beatstick powerhouse joker he has the generic 'power house' power set. Running shot/penetrating and charge/blades. Eh.......could've been some more originality for the ultimate version of joker. Specials and traits that allow him to live longer and not die is pretty boring. He should beable to effectively spread chaos on the board, perhaps every turn he could roll one d6 and on a result of 5-6 no opposing character on the map can use their defensive powerand until next turn. Or a result of 1-4 all characters that use probability control take one unavoidable. "Agent of chaos"...there just designed an original joker...wasn't so hard. His 18 defense from range front dial is nice....the movie accurate quote reason why he has energy shield deflection is poorly thought out. His regen special is ridiculous.....but can't it just be simply.....outwitted? Maybe im missing something but if it can be outwitted then this guy would go down way before he starts counting how many opponents are on the board.
I just traded for this guy 2 weeks ago; I was just looking for a character with prob. being a new player i dont have much "trade bait" or characters with prob and outwit and the like. I traded a halo spartan and blue beetle for this figure, and I love it. Plays very weel; played in a 400pt 4 way, using joker; a joker thug, and full gauntlet on joker. ended up pulling it off, I healed off click 8 all the way back to 1. This figure is so good, I am really enjoying it.
When I first started getting into Heroclix, I wished that one day they would make a figure of Heath Ledger Joker. Somewhere there is a wizkids employee who not only heard me, but finds me incredibly attractive and wants my hand in marriage. That's the only logical explanation. Thank you whoever you are. I'm flattered but I'm also taken.
