OK, NOW ITS CLOBBERIN TIME: Give the Thing a power action, he may move up to 5 squares and then use Flurry as a free action. CANNONBALL COMIN AT CHA: When the Thing occupies a square of elevated terrain he can use Leap/Climb but only to move to a square of a lower elevation, when he does modify his speed by -2, after his movement is resolved, he can use quake as a free action.
That's Absorbing Man, btw. But I do love my abs, too.
I thought that dial was pretty much perfect, because if you hurt The Thing, he doesn't necessarily get better, but he certainly hits you more. Also, I liked the Wild Card part, because in recent comics he hasn't exactly been 100% Fantastic Four.
Next is Beast!
That's Absorbing Man, btw. But I do love my abs, too.
BANK-SHOT: Beast Can use Leap/Climb. Give Beast a power action, Beast can move up to -2 of his speed value and make a close combat attack as a free action; he can continue to use the rest of his modified movement (if any) after making the attack. DR. MCCOY: Beast can use Support. When he does, modify his attack value by +1.

Yeah, it's Slade's again. I thought it perfectly captured the attacking and supporting side of Beast, as well as having a spot-on cost. The only thing I added, which is the only thing I would have wanted to add, was the Secret Avengers keyword. PGleo, yours was a great fighting Beast, and dreamer2928, yours was a pretty good support/ranged Beast, but Slade's dial happened to have it all for a pretty low cost. Keep up the good work, guys.
Next on the list is Iron Man!

SENSOR SWEEP: At the start of your turn roll a d6. On a result of 4-6 Iron Man ignores other characters Stealth. VARIABLE RESPONSE : When Iron Man makes a ranged combat attack choose one of the following: 1) Opposing characters he hits are knocked back equal to the damage taken. 2) Modify his damage value by -1, and deal penetrating damage this attack. 3) If he targets 2 opposing characters and hits them both, modify his damage value by +2. The damage must be split between the two opposing characters. RE-ROUTE ALL POWER: At the beginning of your turn, Iron Man uses Regeneration as a free action, but can't otherwise use it through this power.

This one takes a LOT of explanation. The short way to put it is that I found myself in a position where NOT giving it to Slade would be for the sake of him not having it 3 times in a row, which wouldn't be quite fair.
Here's the long version. My favorite DIAL was PGleo's. I thought it worked very well in the current game, and represented Iron Man great, and it was not remotely fanboyish. But it was just the wrong thing for this set, and was undercosted by a good 20-30 points. If I could have WizKids make one of these dials at whatever cost they deemed correct, in a different set, I would choose PGleo's. But I don't think we'll be lacking for ranged high-cost monsters here, so I had to give it to Slade.
Everyone's dials were awesome, and all of them merited serious thought. Thanks again, and I hope you'll keep sending 'em in. Slade has to lose eventually. :P
Next is Cyclops!

Point cost was the only bit I was shaky on. Congrats Slade!
