Enchantress was the villain in the first arc of JLD, but hasn't been in the book since.

I do that because at the time the book was only in issue 3 and june moon could have been part of the team.
Because she was being protected by deadman

Possibly because of June Moon being protected by Deadman and WizKids not knowing where the book was heading (as solicitation pictures made it look like Enchantress was on the team).

Well, I wouldn't think she would be available for a discount.

I would say she is currently a villain, that is theme draftable by Sentinels of Magic and Shadowpact.

Sure, but she is currently a villain in the DC universe (with a history of villainy except on the aforementioned teams).

It doesn't matter, however, because she is not now, nor has she ever been a member of the JLD.
