As far as capture is concerned, Jon is right, the only reason this tactic is much more effective right now is because of Brother Voodoo. The mobility he has is fantastic, he has prob, and he has a huge attack value boosted by a nearby cruiser. The only reliable capture figure right now is the arkham guard who pales in comparison to voodoo. So if you are going to set up a combo like that the arkham guard leaves a lot to be desired where voodoo is a hugely solid figure even without the tactic (cruiser as well). Its the fact that these figures are so good on TOP of being able to capture at any given moment. As-is it is simply too powerful. So, again, either they can say it cant be done entirely or try and fix it to make it more balanced. Or they could leave it as is just for me so I can tool all the little kids that play at my comic store with this super awesome tactic.

Because if they are going to change the rules they are going to discuss the intent first before bluntly coming in and saying it can't be done. I think this will eventually happen, NV said they are reviewing it which likely means it will happen, so just wait for the process to complete. If not for the process the rules would feel even more arbitrary and subject to change than it already is.

Not JUST the intent, but the wording. The fact of the matter is is that it is perfectly legal with the way everything is worded. So they need to issue an Errata or Clarification, honestly I can't think of how to do it without an Errata. And they need to make sure the Errata is very clear and not something that leads to more problems down the road. We don't need anymore "movement during HSS can only be modified down" kind of rules in this game.
