You have Iron Man, Hawkeye and Hank still at full and Simon and Carol are both still dangerous. I have a chance perhaps, but not a very good one. I'm okay with calling it here.

"It's down to three of us," Green Lantern said.

"Most powerful weapon in the universe, remember?" Green Arrow reminded his friend.

"Green Arrow's right, they may have the numbers, but we have the spirit."

"But you know what you don't have?" Iron Man asked.

"What?" Green Lantern asked.

"Time," Iron Man said, and as he did so, an airhorn blew.

"Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for watching the Justice League verus the Avengers," an announcer's voice came over the loudspeaker. "And as the clock runs out, the Avengers, with seven members still in it, are the winners. And remember that 100% of your ticket ticket purchases goes to medical research to cure muscular dystrophy."

The remaining members of both teams lowered their weapons and their defenses and went to the middle of the arena to shake hands. The doors slid open and the members who had been eliminated returned to congratulate the winners and console the losers.

"Next year, buddy?" Hawkeye asked Green Arrow.

"You know it," Green Arrow said.
