Seriously a huge shame that he stopped being The Doctor. I was kinda relieved to see everyone else hang it up (Smith the most, he was starting to wear on me), but I don't think I'll ever feel that way about Tennant. Maybe he stopped before we all got sick of him, but I don't think it was going to happen. He was just too good.
When I finally got my wife through all of Doctor Who, we agreed on two things:
1. Tennant was the best Doctor.
2. Donna was the best companion, had too short of a run for what was a great buildup, and still deserves better than what she got.
Donna was fantastic. She got the short end of the stick for sure.
Heh. Watching Parenthood series finale... When suddenly... SCOTT! Was great seeing that little cameo. Katims keeping it in the family... Nice little surprise.

And here I was thinking I was the only one who liked Donna. Several of her moments really brought the emotion to the show, which is something I look for in a series.
Donna was great because she used down-to-Earth knowledge and applied it in a more thought-provoking manner because she had been around the Doctor. Moments like when she notices that an entire factory has no logged sick days, are pretty fantastic.
Clara does......I'm still not sure. Does she do things?

My work is sending me to Charlotte NC for about three months to do some 'on site' work for one of our clients. During this time, they are putting myself (and 5 others) up at Corporate Housing in this swanky upscale condo complex.
They randomly assigned rooms, and I got the one of the Pent Houses. Yep. I'm staying in a pent house for about 3 months. The catch is that it is an otherwise normal room. It just happens to have the title 'pent house' and be on the top floor (about 20-ish floors).

Does Parenthood stay good? My wife and I are currently binge watching that on Netflix and we're both enjoying it. Need to know if it's worth watching or turns really weird and dumb like "Chuck".

First of all, I love Chuck from start to finish. It even makes me forget how much of a jackass Adam Baldwin is. Well, almost.
I'd say if you're enjoying it now, it pretty much remains the same. All the Braverman troubles are always fixed after a good family member talk... If you don't mind that, it's a good show. Nothing really "happens", it's just... Well, it's just family stuff.
Sarah gets a bit better - not much, but I didn't hate her by the end like I did through most of the show. Crosby grows up, then the writers completely forget he's matured and backslides again. Max continues to not look people in the eye.

Two of my friends recommended Marco Polo. I'm 6 episodes in and have hated every minute. I'm only really watching so they don't feel bad for recommending it. Still, I've always been against nudity that does nothing to further the plot. And this show has tons of it. That and what little plot it has sucks. Lame.
Burn Notice continues to be a fun popcorn show. I'm like 13 episodes into season 5.
Never heard of Marco Polo. But I like nudity that adds nothing to the plot, so I'll keep it in mind.
Burn Notice remains good throughout the show. Be sure to try and catch the Sam Axe TV movie before watching the final season. It's not a must, but it's fun.

Agreed on Burn Notice. Excellent show from start to finish.
I'm almost finished with the first season of Black Sails. Pretty good show (although there is gratuitous nudity). It supposedly takes place about 20 years before the novel Treasure Island.
If you want gratuitous nudity, Spartacus and Californication are your best bets.
