Second kill doesn't looks like something from any shows I've watched... could it be someone changing the channel? Gameshow/talk show hose -> old black and white -> off? But who would have that power? MSU might be on the right track though with the possession bit.

First part, a person approach two people that at first glance appear to be together, but actually are not? And propositions the two only one refuses, so neither accepts?

The second part reads like either a poisoning or a CMD/ misdirected with extra?

Third part a killer that uses enclosed spaces?

Last part, someone possessed the man and that gave him powers to kill? There is something about this one that feel like I've seen it before. It's like in the shadows of my consciousness. And it's really bugging me that I can't place something that feel so familiar.

That changing channels thing is kinda interesting, maybe some show like the soup or something. Not sure that that's actually what's going on, but an interesting idea.

Other than that, I've got nothing interesting.

Hmm. David Fisher from Six Feet Under won season 9 but was only included as a fake claim in Season 10. Could he be back for revenge?

I would guess because of the "main character" rule. We haven't had Star Trek (or ST:TNG) as a show before, and the main character of a show is the first to show up (with two very specific exceptions). So since Q isn't one of the lead characters, I wouldn't expect him to show up here.
