Thanks Gargan on the state of the relationship. As for Havok I was thinking if I get beyond the dials that havok has (thanks for pointing out the 92pt version btw) then a good sub would probably be the cyclops dials. yes he usually has a bit more leadership on his dials that havok, but that could just be havok becoming a better leader. Actually I've found that most x-factor(with the exception of the orignial 5) only have 1 or 2 dials and since they're not making anymore x-men if I want to upgrade further after feats and atas then I will have to probably use sub dials or retire the characters. Anyways thanks again Jack and Gargan.

With regard to Havok and Polaris, if I were in a similar position (and I was for a long time with Sersi), then I would probably start looking at cool Feats to enhance their power sets...

I'm going to be in that position with Fantomex, unable to upgrade, but if Fantomexs performance in issue 4 is any indication, that won't bother me much (10 IXP in one game!)

Looking for a player to take over Intergang for the next Metropolis arc.

This would be like having another team for an arc but not writing any additional stories.

Well according to the list of teams currently running at page 1 of this thread SHIELD is not a team ran by anyone so jessica drew is in all likely hood available. As for Dr. Strange he very well may be. This is why I asked at the top of that thread to be let know what I was missing. I'm not the editor-in-chief so I am unaware of past events. I will put this down.

SHIELD still exists but no longer has a player since Eagletsi left.

At the conclusion to the Avengers/Defenders war, Dr. Strange took the time gem and went off into the past.

Hulk was split into Banner, Savage Hulk, Fixit and Professor Hulk and the Hulks each took a gem to an alternate dimension.

Nighthawk left for the Squadron Supreme universe with another gem.
